Published sources mention two codes — *778# and *1#. One compiled source gives both, while another gives *1# for Robi and Airtel alike. Both are therefore real possibilities, and trying them is the simplest way to find which is live.

There is no risk in trying both. A wrong or retired code normally just returns an error — nothing is deducted and no service is switched on. Whichever responds is the current code for your line.

Robi and Airtel run under the same company and share some codes, which is probably why the sources diverge — one treats them together, another separately. It seems better to state that ambiguity than to hide it.
