How do I check my Robi balance?

Honestly: we could not establish it. One compiled source gives *222# as Robi’s main balance code; another gives *1# for both Robi and Airtel. The two do not agree, and it could not be settled from Robi’s own published page because that page is rendered in JavaScript.

There is no harm in trying both. A wrong code normally just returns an error message and nothing more. Whichever works is your operator’s current code — note it down and you will not have to search again.

If you want certainty, the operator’s official app is the better route: it shows balance, package and expiry together and never goes stale. Calling the customer-care helpline will also get you the current code.

Not picking one as “correct” here is deliberate. Where two sources conflict, choosing between them is guessing — and a guess stays on the page for years. Telling you where the uncertainty lies is more useful.
